John Robert Thompson (Bobby) (My Grandad Thompa) you have always meant the world to me. You were such a big part of my life and when I lost you my life changed forever. I love you so much and wish you could be here with me watching your Great grandchildren growing up. I miss you more than words could ever say you made me feel special and loved me unconditionally I think about you all the time.
The morning you left me just seems like yesterday. I knew you were going to pass away but I didn\'t want to believe it. The family sat at your bedside for ten days and watched you slipping away and still in my heart I believed you would pull through. We are so sorry that you went to sleep for the very last time on your own but believe me if anyone of us had know it was that close we would have never left you.
I remember seeing you on the night before you died when you saw me your eyes seemed to sparkle and you tried to tell me something and took hold of my hand but I couldn\'t make out the words, I wish I knew what you had said, then you just kept looking at me you never seemed to take your eyes of me. You were so ill and yet you still managed to make me feel special. I wish I had stayed with you that night. My greatest regret is that I wasn\'t there to hold your hand as you slipped away to heaven. You were always there for me and I would have like to have done this one thing for you, but it wasn\'t meant to be. Maybe this was your will as I know you never liked me being upset but In losing you I was losing part of me. You made me complete and help turn me into the person I am today. I am so proud to have had you as my Grandad and the bond that we shared is so strong that it can never be broken not even by death. As long as my heart beats you will be in it which means we will always be together. I love you Grandad
My Nana has come to join you on the 28th March 2008. My Nana and Grandad back together.

Both are love and missed
On the 30th November 2009 Grandad and Nanas ashes were buried together so now they are truly reunited for eternity.
